How can I order FTC publications?
Use the filters on the main publications page to find relevant publications. Then, use the buttons to choose your quantity and add the selected publications to your shopping cart. How can I review publications before I order them?
To view a specific publication, click on the publication title, and then click on the “View” link under the publication image.
Can every FTC publication be ordered in bulk?
Do you have information in other languages?
Yes, the FTC currently has publications available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Korean, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. To view publications in a specific language, choose the appropriate language filter on the main publications page.
How will I know if my order has been successfully submitted?
When you click “Submit Order,” you will get a confirmation screen with the details of your order and an order number. Keep this for your records. If you provided an email address, you will get a confirmation email, too.
I placed an order, but I didn’t get an email confirmation. Did my order go through?
Yes, if you completed the checkout process and got a confirmation page with an order number, then your order was successful. Some email servers block our automated emails.
If you provided a physical shipping address (not a P.O. Box), you will get an email with tracking information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Generally, you will receive your order within 3 weeks. However, please allow 4 weeks before inquiring about your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. If it has been longer than 4 weeks, you can use this contact form to check the status of your order. Please include your name, email address, order number and the date you placed your order.
Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box, however, if you provide only a P.O. Box for delivery, we won’t be able to track your order or send you tracking information via email.
Can my order be shipped to an international address?
We ship only to addresses in the U.S., its territories, and APOs (Air/Army Post Offices).
What if I have trouble using your online order website?

What if I need copies faster than 4 weeks?
To guarantee delivery, please allow 4 weeks for shipping and handling. Due to the high demand for our free materials, we generally cannot expedite orders.

Why can’t I order just one copy of a publication?
This site is intended for individuals and organizations who want to share resources with their communities. The quantity restrictions allow us to provide this service for free, and deliver publications as economically as possible.
How do I order more than the maximum amount?
Use this form to make a special request for more than maximum amount. Please do NOT place a shopping cart order and a special request for the same item.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s submitted?
Once you’ve submitted your order you cannot make changes through the site. However, if you contact us immediately, we MAY be able to make changes on your behalf. It will depend on where your order is in the process.
